Essential Criteria
| 1. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care |
| 2. Working with Children Check |
| 3. Health assessments and fitness requirements. |
| 4. Current first aid – cover for 6 months (in job ad) |
| 5. Child protection |
| 6. CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis |
| 7. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement a holistic program taking into account the child’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs. |
| 8. Sound oral and written communication skills with a customer focus, including communication with children, parents and dealing with enquiries from the wider community. |
| 9. Ability to work in a team environment, in particular, being flexible in a fast-paced environment, and working with others towards continuous improvement. |
