Essential Criteria
| 1. Do you possess Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning? |
| 2. Do you have sound experience in strategic town planning including the preparation of Local Environment Plans, Development Control Plans and related legislation |
| 3. Do you have significant knowledge of the relevant sections of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Heritage Act and Local Government Act |
| 4. Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills? |
| 5. Do you possess high level organisational and time-management skills? |
| 6. Do you have advanced research, analysis and problem-solving abilities? |
| 7. Have you got effective conflict resolution/negotiation skills? |
