Essential Criteria

1. (E) Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (currently enrolled) or demonstrated extensive equivalent skills and good working knowledge in Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, codes of practice and relevant Australian Standards 
2. Demonstrated working knowledge of WHS and other relevant legislation, regulations, standards and codes of practice 
3. Demonstrated ability to interpret WHS legislation to assist in the development of WHS policies and procedures 
4. Hold a current Australian driver licence (please upload a copy of your licence) 
5. Hold a White Card/General Construction Induction training card (please upload a copy of your card) 
6. Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills 
7. Demonstrated ability to interpret WHS legislation to assist in the development of WHS policies and procedures 

Desirable Criteria

1. (D) Hold a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (please upload a copy) 
2. Hold a Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training (and WorkCover accreditation to train WorkCover accredited courses or ability to obtain accreditation) (please upload a copy) 
3. Hold a Diploma in Work Health and Safety (please upload a copy) 
4. Demonstrated knowledge or understanding in conducting safety investigations 
5. Hold a current First Aid Certificate (please upload a copy) 
6. Hold a current Mental Health First Aid Certificate (please upload a copy)
