Essential Criteria
| 1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive job-related experience in the management resource recovery, waste and cleansing portfolios. |
| 2. Demonstrated in depth knowledge of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act, Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2001, and the Local Government Act |
| 3. Demonstrated experience in working with senior leaders, employees and other high-level stakeholders to initiate and manage complex projects and contracts |
| 4. Strong technical knowledge and experience in the WHS area in an operational environment. |
| 5. Demonstrated management experience in providing leadership and strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of services, initiatives and programs to support the strategic objectives and plans. |
