Essential Criteria

1. Please describe your proven experience in the provision of executive administrative support to a senior level in a demanding and complex environment. 
2. Demonstrate your political astuteness with the ability to exercise professional discretion, sound judgement and maintain confidentiality and understanding of the roles and operations of Government. 
3. Outline your high level organisational and time management skills, ability to multi task, prioritise and balance busy schedules. Please provide examples in your response. 
4. Outline your experience in researching and preparing original briefing information, presentations, speaking notes, annotated agendas, minutes, reports and correspondence. 
5. Demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot and support the Mayor and Councillors, in the use of a range of technology platforms and tools. 
6. Outline and explain your interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence, build relationships, mediate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders. 
7. Demonstrate your ability to develop highly effective processes to aid efficiency and continuous improvement and get buy-in from colleagues and peers. 
8. Do you hold a class C Drivers Licence?
